  • Wedding Management

    Wedding Management is right for a couple who has already done the planning for their wedding, but just wants someone to manage the logistics as they cross the finish line so they can enjoy their wedding day to the fullest. We will take over coordination 8 weeks before your wedding to review contracts, build final timelines, run the rehearsal, and manage all logistics on the wedding day. 

    Some highlights of this package include:

    Both of your planners on site for up to 10 hours on wedding day

    Up to 4 half hour planning/update meetings in the 8 weeks prior to the wedding date

    Facilitating wedding rehearsal

    Construction of a detailed wedding day timeline

    Unlimited emails and texts in the 8 weeks leading up to the wedding

    $1750 plus applicable travel fees

  • Partial Planning and Design

    Partial Planning and Design is best for couples who want to plan some elements of their day, but also want a guiding partner with experience to help them through. It is our most popular package as it makes the wedding planning process feel less lonely and overwhelming, while still having a very active part in it all. Collaboration usually starts 9-12 months in advance of your wedding, and we work with you to ensure there are no logistical gaps in planning, the design is cohesive, and you book all needed vendors along the way, supplying trusted recommendations as needed.

    Curated wedding planning checklist

    Up to 8 one hour planning meetings

    Supplying any needed vendor recommendations

    Both of your planners on site for up to 12 hours on wedding day

    Coordinating and assisting with the setup or teardown of the ceremony and reception décor

    Wedding management tasks such as detailed timeline creation and facilitating the wedding rehearsal

    $3000 plus applicable travel fees

  • Full Service Planning and Design

    Full Service Planning and Design is best for busy couples with limited time to work on wedding plans, anyone planning from a different state or country, or anyone wanting a fully custom, luxury experience. We provide full support from engagement through wedding day, covering budget management, design concepts, vendor sourcing, and execution all the way through.

    Some highlights of this package include:

    Establishing priorities, developing and tracking the budget

    Ceremony + reception venue scouting

    Vendor recommendations, negotiations, and bookings

    Tracking of guest RSVP’s

    Both of your planners on site for up to 14 hours on wedding day

    Coordinating and assisting with the setup of the ceremony and reception

    Full event design

    Wedding management tasks such as detailed timeline creation and facilitating wedding rehearsal

    $5000 plus applicable travel fees

  • Travel is included up to 25 miles from our location in Lafayette, IN. After those miles, it is .75 cents per mile round trip. For travel further than 200 miles, airfare or hotel accommodation fees may be required.

  • We may be located in the Midwest, but we will travel anywhere! Our personal favorite wedding destination is Las Vegas!

  • We can design any style you can dream up, but our favorite is outside of the box! Aquarium venue? Absolutely. Medieval inspired décor? Sign us up. Maximalist Vegas Theme? We are all in! We love weddings that feel like the people getting married, and that means they should be unique and tailored to you. That is our specialty.

  • We will plan for any and all religions, spirituality, cultural backgrounds, traditions, or blends of any of the above. None of the above works too! We will always listen, learn, and work with you to create the most authentic experience for you and your guests.

  • No! The prices listed above are the price for the service, the only variable element will be the travel fee. We do not charge different amounts based on guest counts or budgets.
